Is there a way to find out what like 'tier' of captains I have or find out the lv 10 stat caps?

cus my cb captain has 1995 at lv 9 and I'm not sure if he's the highest tierd one I can get

They need to add more info to ports

I'm still waiting for new Ports content, I really love Ports and would be cool to get yet more stuff to unlock and max there.
At least it's a good money maker when making tradeable Scrimshaws and armours to sell.

The Gu outfit is really cool, I personally love the top.
I just wish the legs matched it better, the top looks really unique and pretty with it's 2 different layers, but the legs are just like a flat texture.
