I alternate between extended penance/runic. Ice nihil + magic scrim when on penance for more accuracy if using t70/75. 2-3 Ovl/renewal, like 15 restores when on runic lasts an hourish, 2-3 sharks incase (EE is all you really need tho). Spring cleaner for tons of rune ores.

It's really fast to bank for more ovl/restores which is nice.
