Is it bad I'm getting gizmos with efficient to put in the items I level up so I can reduce the charge drain rate by 4%? Hi

Not really efficient since I'm breaking down snapegrass for the past 30 minutes to get healthy components lol.

Not sure what else can give these but I got 1 from 100 rocktails so they just seem rare regardless..

Anyway I have 4 armor gizmos with efficient 2 (says 3 is max but I just can't get it?) and 1 weapon with efficient 2 so one more to go (5 healthy as long as I don't get committed or inaccurate with it). Hi
