It's more disappointment than anything. We had high hopes for this skill, we had hoped that it would revolutionise the way we use combat now and will give huge variety to the game we used to know and love.

Now? It's a clusterfuck of bugs/nerfs and rage.

Imo, a disappointed player base is worse than an angry one.

Jagex should really consider their next move carefully otherwise a lot of people will just lose all hope and move on

I thought I could just daily Araxxor (as well as slayer) with my augmented weapon and get Invention comfortably that way. But it took a totally different turn and has been nothing but frustrating.

It's hard to see what exactly they want with this skill. The funny thing is they nerfed the methods that gave less xp/h quicker than they did with the ones that gave 2-4m xp/h - that part is hilarious in itself.

Honestly don't know if I can be bothered training this skill non-stop at 100k xp/h considering it takes 36m for 99. :s but we'll see. .

Gonna nom these aug weap/armour for exp hopefully at end of night, then takin a long break again from RS I reckon.

Demoralised, disheartened and frustrated, kinda drained the fun in me and now everytime I even glance at the skill icon just makes me sigh and shake my head. Will probs sit back and watch things from a far, I mean cmon, they're nerfing slayer creatures etc now - the one thing I woulda thought they would want us to train our weaps with, considering they're well, weaps.

Once things are actually set a bit more firmly in the ever shifting sands, then I might venture forth once more into inventoring.

Meh, the bummed out feeling. It is strong.
