2h is for strong components and blade parts I think. Both used for weapon gizmo shell.

No idea what daggers give.

Accidently surged up a dinosaurs ass, became stuck then activated double surge and burst out its chest alien-style!
Got his dragon mattocks then crashed the clan citadel into Anachronia wiping out the dinosaurs.

Daggers give base and blade aswell but not strong. They gave stabbing or something instead
But for the blade components it might be better

Gotta try this out

Yeah 2h are definitely your best bet. Strong components are my limiting factor atm and it's annoying

But you can get Strongs from shieldbows aswell
If daggers give you the same chance for a uncommon component than 2h swords
It might be cheaper to just do daggers and then shieldbows for strongs
