I imagine that he actioned the threads then hid his own post telling J-Mods as to why he did it given the fact that he is not supposed to.

I guess but I doubt any jmod will even see those threads. They probably dont go over Page2 when they come here once a month

As I said, it's likely that they're only allowed to mod if someone creates like....an entire page of spam to prevent the issue from getting worse, or someone is posting dangerous links. Besides that, it's a huge no-go to mod here.
