Is it bad I only have 1 Chaos ele kill and even then it was only for comp?

It's okay, Malva. There's no reason to kill Chaos ele other than Reaper.

And umm... Jagex made it so it asks for your PIN when entering a high risk area. I logged out just to test it and when I attempted to jump the wall it asked for my PIN. But then I teled to the Wilderness using the lodestone and it didn't ask for PIN.

Nice oversight, Jagex.

I didn't mind it, was just happy with not dying once despite multiple teams hunting there at the time.
