Oh, so is it damage or accuracy? Or both?

Jagex really needs to clarify these boosts when they give them to you. Sometimes they don't even work properly, like the cadarn altar. A message pops into my chat that says the boost has expired whenever I leave the clan area but I still have boosted Magic & Ranged stats. lolqa I guess.
