I remember back in the day when my cousin played RS, he'd literally do nothing but grind Pyrefiends for Medium clue scrolls in hopes of getting Ranger boots which he could have sold for Saradomin Godsword. He'd have probably gotten that money way easier if he did something for consistent money instead of relying on luck like that.
He never got the boots either before he quit.

Haha, i was never really a clue scroll person. My personal best reward was from an elite a week after release - a fury ornament kit. At the time they were worthless because of the trade limit keeping its value WAY down. I was forced to sell it for garbage.

This beats all my clue scrolls in over TEN years of playing! Silly how I get this on my second medium. Glad I can finally afford full Guthans! I may invest in a cannon and cannonballs now. Speed training slayer is too much fun. :D
