Well I do 2hr instances so I gain an extra 10 minutes which should be +2 kills, after however many kills I was comfortable getting 15-16 per trip, and with a Nihil I get 16-17.
I much prefer a Nihil because it forces me to not be a massive derp with food, and forces me to pay attention/get better in a sense.
Over 50 minutes you should be getting ~6 kills and maybe a 7th from instance having 11 minutes or whatever, but ofc you have to get comfortable first
