It just depends on which you're praying, and she'll use the other one, I prefer it that way to the randomness of md
When I was meleeing with scythe, I'd stand 2 squares away and camp mage pray, when I range I leave a fair gap and swap prayers when the hit almost gets to me, then she'll have fired off 2 of the same type so fewer pray swaps
