I've seen it mainly used on team bosses - on Nex it's a bit of a waste because you have no adren for ice phase.
It's a great secondary ult to ds/ss/zerk and is alright if you prep for it then use, like 50k p4 / mirage dps(leech) / vorago push, but you're dumb as an ape's tit to call it a go-to ult.
People are saying it's OP because it's made record times faster, but that's based on rng. If you don't ee/pn out of the ult you lose two-four hits. Course people are still complaining it's OP because it's too easy to use with sit-and-wait.
It's good to have another viable ult for the rotation. The deeps may be a bit over standard but it's got a good risk to it. No moving, costs high end pvm to unlock, cancels on any team heal, and if you mess up you lose multiple potential hits.
