Defender has a parry bonus too. Due to how fast araxxi attacks, it's very easy to hit constant 10k crits. And if you camp pray melee you can reso some nice hits back.

Since Melee gets a Base 10% Accuracy buff vs Araxxor compared to Range/Mage + with Reaper Necklace and Supreme Brawler aura. Your hit chance is practically 100% meaning Blood Nihil is a waste of GP and Bunyip/Yak is better.

Range and mage need nihil though especially mage since Araxxi is very strong vs magic attacks. You will splash like magikarp alot.
