See, I'm the opposite. I'd rather have a clean bank 99% of the time and just spend the extra 5 minutes regetting the item (Iban's Staff springs to mind) if it ever does become a requirement; having a messy bank will probably cost you that amount of time by the time it becomes a requirement for something. Could easily clear out a fair amount, but a lot of it is in armour/outfits for various occasions such as pvp, pvm, skilling outfits, a wide range of team capes used in the past 2 years..
Potion/farm tab consists of ~130 items still despite 200m herb and farm while realistically I only need a bit over 20 if I were to decant pots and flask everything, loot tab has like 180 items...

Those warning messages asking if you're really really sure you want to cash out your price should be toggled off if you've cashed out that item a few times.
Yes I'm fairly certain I don't want adamant rocks or stars and lamps in skills which I have 200m in, but don't have hearts to freeze out. ;(
