Inventory:
Supreme Overload Salve because it acts as supreme overload & renewal, as well as restoring enough prayer between doses to sustain the full 6 minutes
Ectoplasmator for prayer point sustenance
Sign & Portent of Protection so that deaths only cost 40K
Dreadnips (because they're actually extremely useful here)
Yak with Sharks (cheapest high healing food)
Spring cleaner just because

Equipment:
Darklight
Highest tier defender you own (access to both DW and defensive abilities) - extremely important
Superior Tetsu (it's protected, so it doesn't increase death cost)
Barrows gloves and Silverhawk boots (cheap death reclaim & free strength bonus on SH)
Circuit (automatically protected, no death cost)
Quiver (increased Prayer bonus)
Demon horn (Ectoplasmator)
Comp/Max Cape (Max here because I refuse to do the new quest until I have this task completed)

Abilities:
Basic rotation + thresholds
Start with Resonance to heal a little from the last fight
Wait for 50% Adrenaline, use Revenge and Reflect ASAP, stack Revenge with Assault, use Destroy whenever possible
When the Ripper Demon jumps, use Escape (or run, if it doesn't activate immediately), then Barge back to it to avoid the Slaughter hit. If slaughtered, Freedom to clear it.
Oh, and spam food, obvs.

Is revenge with defender actually good there? (I've not bothered to get emblem or chitin yet so probably not for me, but still!)

I use titan and zerk after devotion when I can use adrenaline pot (using devotion before attacking a demon doesn't use adrenaline) to kill two quickly.

I'm too afraid to use Berserk at all lmao.

The defender works well because Revenge and Assault stacks are OP and the reflects use unmitigated damage so the demon gets hit full force by its own attacks. :) The occasional 300-or-so heal from Resonance is also nice. I'm sure there are other ways to kill these, I've just found this to be the most effective methodically and cost-wise.
