Would also like to know since that aura + loyalty points would be the only reasons for me to get vip (already have members lasting til June so there is no rush in renewing).

Edit: oh that's annoying... just loyalty points then. :s

They added a drop broadcast message for anyone in near proximity to see if a player had pm off to counter people turning their pm off when scamming wands a while back, though I didn't know it applied to slayer drops as well o:

I prefer melee; off task I believe magic is better though as you don't have perfect accuracy with melee when not benefitting from slay helm.

Really hated maging them personally so the addition of upgraded darklight and reaper neck was rather pleasant.
