Well the adze has that effect and it doesn't use prayer so theoretically speaking it has a use still. In practice superheat form is superior in every way despite the prayer drain, so you won't ever use the adze anymore. Hi

I can't remember the last time I used nondegradeable weapons. T75 just seems too weak in EOC. Hell, even t80 weaps seem to struggle on newer content.

I think its just the accuracy but I cant cope using anything but t90 now.
I lent my ascensions out during november and used chaotics on a range of slayer tasks like waterfiends, black demon etc and the difference was staggering.
Accidently surged up a dinosaurs ass, became stuck then activated double surge and burst out its chest alien-style!
Got his dragon mattocks then crashed the clan citadel into Anachronia wiping out the dinosaurs.

I remember when magic damage was capped to 90 and virtus didn't degrade. You literally had 80 accuracy 90 damage non degradable weapons.

And yeah accuracy means a lot these days, since drygores came out I think I only ever used sub 90s to barrage dagannoths or something along those lines. Which I wouldn't even do these days. Hi
