I was given a non-holo version of this about.. 13 years ago, still have it in pretty much perfect condition, I never played it as far as I can remember

My friend had holo and non-holo, and was leaving the area, so he let me have the non-holo

And no, it depends on how many you send off - A single card would cost you maybe $40, but I used to send them to a friend (in Aus, sadly) who sent them off to get graded - My last batch was 270 AUD for 74 cards or so (which includes sending them to America, then back to Aus, then back to the UK), which isn't too bad considering the value it adds :)
