One human gets chosen to live "eternally" and see everything until the end. After that, they are given the choice to either re-create the Universe (once it totally blackens out) or do nothing. This cycle repeats over and over again, universe-to-universe.

Actually that is the worst superpower in my book from all the things I have heard.
