So they Raptor key piece can "only be dropped on a Slayer task", does that include Raptor tasks?

Edit: Apparently Morvran doesn't even assign Living Wyverns, wot, so if you don't get a Living Wyvern task from Raptor, you're shit out of luck for the key? Unslain Bosses - Clan
