Is LRC or Seren Stones better with "Superheat Form"?

If I worked it out properly, 34m mining xp (really 17m) gets me a whole ~2.5m smith xp at Seren Stones, which doesn't sound like much. Unslain Bosses - Clan

Someone had a thread about it a while back, and Seren stones came out ahead because of how cheap and fast smithing exp is otherwise... Personally I'd just say do whichever feels more rewarding/fun to you
