I don't know what the Divination xp/hr is with the new spells and prayers, but Hunter with Crystallize (spell) and Light Form (prayer) can be up to 900k/hr if you have arctic bear, avatar, and other xp items.

But I tried it with just the spells and prayers with no other xp items or familiars and was able to get 500k/hr with a little practice. ~ I do not have a signature.
