Yellow skin is a common symptom of a malfunctioning liver. Some steroids (maybe all) are toxic for the liver and cause liver damage. You have yellow fingers. Have you been cheating???

E: Are you a smoker? That could cause it too.
E2: Drinking too, but you'd have to drink a lot of alcohol for that.
