Oh fellow people of the HLF, please do impart your wisdom on me.

I am entering the Empyrean Citadel with a ring of visibility equipped, looking for Sliske to complete the post quest reward for the upcoming master QP cape, but I can't get Sliske to appear, after multiple attempts, and running around the main areas like a headless chicken. Am I doing something wrong? RSC - Gone, but never forgotten.

When I got him to appear, I ran into the "stage" area to look for him, didn't see him, and started running out... Then he appeared on the stage and said "leaving so soon?". Try going in there and then leaving!
