Computer would have probably shut down if it hit that temperature anyway, but just needed to confirm before continuing to use it.
Haven't been able to test it today really because of Windows updates. At least this PC has a CLEAN install, not some OEM version that comes packed with crapware - god, that was awful.

Perhaps GPU fan isn't working as it should? Or maybe there's dust in your PC? My previous PC had temp issues after 5 years of not cleaning it. Got some canned compressed air and gave it a good clean, and temperatures dropped. Even though, it was a bad PC, it helped a bit.

It is the fan I am 99% sure of it. The other 1% is something about defective/broken tubes and/or heatsink inside of the thing.
It hardly works and most things I've tried to do to fix it haven't really done anything. The replacement fan I bought doesn't fit (even though it was advertised to), clearing it of dust and replacing the thermal paste helped minimally.
