99.9% of the threads on this forum don't belong in one. For that 0.01%, if it's important enough then maybe it could merit a sticky. if not then the op can suck it up and bump it themselves.

as for the current stickies, alot of them could be cleaned up if a jmod actually took 2 seconds to think about it.
