For superheat if you use super prayer renewals and some prayer boosting like drygore mace dragon rider healer insignia fally shield and ring of death (I think you don't need the last two as prayer helps in multiples of 10 or so), you can drink a potion at 400 points and it will take a good 10 minutes or so until you reach that point again. You can even borrow some time from the next potion and drink it a bit late, the problem is if you drink it early because at over 410 you end up having 990 while the renewal is still active. Hi
