Assuming you're talking about 07scape then that's nice to know. I always reasoned I'd rather hit most of the time and have a lower max hit than the other way around cause there's no guarantee you'll even hit high on that 1/10 hit rate.

That being said I was using controlled for a while, but after getting 70-72 I couldn't stand how slow levels were lol. Friend suggested using a whip with defender on high defense monsters for atk and ss for low def and str training, think that sounds better than camping one till a high level and playing catch up with the other stat
