If someone sees Mr G(ee) W(illikers) can you guide him my way? Or if you can answer, that'd be awesome too:

Is there any way to get 0% accuracy against any monster? I need to tag and kill some quest monsters but I have to hit a 0 to tag it with.

I"m thinking a fun weapon (flowers) + range or mage gear?

On a completely unrelated note. This is mildly satisfying:

Not sure about absolute 0%, but perhaps just highest level armour for, say.. magic, that you can wear, and the lowest level melee weapon? Something like that might work
