I have a question (okay, a couple) for those who know technology stuff better..

When using the RS client, you don't need to have Java installed to play the game, but it still uses Java, correct? When you have Java installed, you can go into the control panel and allocate more memory to Java (-Xmx1024m or whichever number). If you remove Java, can this still be done for the client? Or is that what adding the same line to Runescape.prm already does?
