University gets so shit easy once you get past your introductory classes where they teach you the basics aka your first 2 years.
All the higher leveled classes are like abstract concepts to apply what you learned in introductory classes.
Like you learn Java, now gotta apply to Java.
plz, speak 4 urself.
Accounting does get easier in the sorta' way. There are still plenty of classes that introduce new concepts. Tax, Business Law, my goshhhhhhh@@@@@@@ SHOOT ME WHILE I AM STILL A SILLY SCAPER
Statistics gets harder trying to apply it than to grasp the concepts.
181m Slayer XP and 37,963 Edimmu slain for my
Dungeoneering
pet. Slayer is still the worst skill in the game.

Highschool had a lot of spoonfeeding, teachers just told you everything
I could agree in a way, although here it was way more free than you can think of it.
We got homework, you didn't do it.... Who cares, it's your knowledge. So you had to be fair to yourself and learn for yourself.
Uni ain't so hard, it's way more learning and stuff, but atleast you can learn about stuff you enjoy - rather than HighSchool where you have to learn all aspects of the life/knowledge, to get that general idea how stuff stands.
Do these floors have increased chances of Journal drops too? (not sure which ones are "the rare ones", but I'm only missing #17 and #20 of Misc. Journals) I know they do have so for T10/T11 weapons/armour.
No increase to journal chance on those floors, and Misc. 16-20 are the rare ones yes
The perfect dungeoneering potion (/perfect plus) does increase the chance by an unknown percent though. 16-20 also aren't needed for the master Quest cape, unless Manti changed his mind. Best guess is that 17 is 1/10k and 20 is 1/50k based on the range we were given
