I liked shieldprodding for soloing Nex back when Drygores was the best way of killing her and I had no experience there at all. Was the first time shield seemed useful to me.
After a while using cade>immortality>cade for prisons so I could last more kills per trip was neat although much slower than just tanking prisons and getting the phase over with faster.

Now when I last went with range it's pointless to use shield though cause it's better to get the kill over with as fast as possible and just bank in max guild and go back through the portal. :l

I thought the tank armor only provided 25% off an offhand of the tier shield you use, so really 112.5%. Could have heard it wrong when they talked about it in the reveal though.

Does anyone know the smithing xp/hr for seren stones with superheat form?

Good point, I did forget about that :D . Revenge would need to average 33-34% (up from 25%) to offset that, right?

Revenge (and probably the armor set) wouldn't work to increase damage from bleeds like combust/fragment shot or corruption blast/shot either.. So that may be another drawback?

My understanding was +25% damage (for the set) with a shield and mainhand weapon (100% + 25% = 125%).. Could also be mistaken!

Smithing experience is apparently about 1/6 of the mining exp apparently.. So around 30k.. 35k or so with the aura

They technically change as a monster each time they shapeshift. Whoever tags the last shapeshift probably gets kill credit. 181m Slayer XP and 37,963 Edimmu slain for my Dungeoneering pet. Slayer is still the worst skill in the game.
