The defense boost is like double of turmoil, but yes, that means it's really for tanks only.
Oh and also, how do the new prayers work? Can you only have one of the new seren prayers on at a time? I assume you can't have turmoil and any of the seren ones active at the same time as well?

Yeah, but I was expecting it to actually seem useful for tanks is all, and it doesn't
. Is it actually double of Turmoil? According to the Wiki turmoil is +10 defence levels, and Fortitude increases defence by 10% (so 9.9% at 99)... 100 hp is also pretty negligible.
Was hoping for something more like... You do 50% less damage, but also take 30% less damage or something.
