Have you asked your friends (even if they don't have a team - they may not be trying) if they know any friends with teams?

You'll get a wider reach of players that way.

Actually joined an FC for raids. Managed to get a Durzag team and kill with them, but only have a handful of people going Yaka. Also will ask friends, but only one or two of them are really into PvM.
