Virtus Wand+Book = ~440 Crims In 9.5 Minutes
Chaotic Staff = ~420 Crims In 9.5 Minutes
Noxious Staff = ~490 Crims In 9.5 Minutes

Don't have Seis Wand+Orb, but I'd imagine it to be higher than Nox Staff thanks to being able to tag faster with Autoattack Barrage hits.

But yeah if you have a T90. That's around 3k+ Crimson Charms Per Hour. (Or 1.5k since you only get 30 minutes in the Explorers Cave). You could do the last 10 minutes of familiarisation at Daggs I guess.
