If they don't respond today I'll be using TweetDeck to tweet them every single minute of the day tomorrow. I'm sure they get a lot of notifications a day and it's easy to miss someone. But if they miss 1440 notifications they're ignoring me on purpose.

Also they only appear to be on for 5 minutes every few hours. It says 09:00 - 21:00 UK time. Not 09:00-09:05, 12:15-12:20, 18:00-18:02, 20:43-20:46 UK time. I hope the people running support aren't being paid full time. 181m Slayer XP and 37,963 Edimmu slain for my Dungeoneering pet. Slayer is still the worst skill in the game.
