Hey I pm people all the time and I never get replies
Still I don't delete them coz they eventually pm me when they get a newsfeed thingy pop about me.

I also tend to delete people that SOLELY pm me for newsfeed and when you say "thanks
" or something else to spark a conversation they stop replying.
