What minigame is "Flas Powder Factory"? I've heard of "Flash Powder Factory". Why would Jagex release two minigames with similar names?

Noticed this yesterday at Warbands. Had some weird glitch in which the game decided to keep freezing, kicking me to lobby and occasionally out of the FC I was using.
