Yeah, I didn't expect to lose perks when prestiging, but I wondered about the cosmetics in the tank.

Your best bet is to do the aquarium asap then for the next 2 prestaging, just barb fishing. I calc'd that 180m fishing exp is ~300 golden eggs, which is more than enough lol.
