I know. The thing that puts me off watching this is the time at which it was made :C

I've been "spoiled" by all these new, fancy effects that modern sci-fi shows take advantage of courtesy of improved technology. So going back in time and watching older stuff puts me off. It's the reason why I could never watch the classic Doctor Who, even though I love the show itself a lot.

I did briefly start watching a few episodes of Stargate: Atlantis ages ago, but then just stopped. .
