dw the veterans of oldscape are onto this issue - working hard to persuade Jagex to nerf it. The release of membership bonds apparently did nerf splashing a bit. You can use them to interrupt splashers or something. Good work, Jagex! .

They should add a new chatbox message:

"You can visit the photo booth to change your forum avatar again in 5 minutes."


This would be extremely useful to those with avatar-changing problems. .
