It's likely to be that a person gets hold of this new "technology" and uses it (as like some sort of trial process), with devastating consequences for the user and those involved. That's what Black Mirror main focus is about: Showing you the dark side to technology
Although this "plot" sounds a bit similar to that "re-do" episode. .
