- Hurricane: Second hit nerfed from 219% to 176%
- Shadow Tendrils has had some of it's top end damage shaved off in PvP, lowering its max hit to 450% (down from 500%)
- Basic stun abilities will no longer trigger diminishing returns.
- Diminishing returns on stun drop off has been increased to 30s from 15s.
- Asphyxiate/Destroy now deal a 3.6s stun at the start of the ability.
- Protection prayers now reduce the incoming PvP damage against your target by 35%. All other sources are 50% protection. Devotion still buffs this to 75%.
- Players will now be immune from further prayer disables for 20 seconds after getting their prayers disabled in PvP.
- Eating food in PvP in non-Legacy combat mode will drain adrenaline by 5% instead of invoking global cooldown.
- Saradomin brews now reduce adrenaline by 2.5% in EoC PvP. (Legacy and PvM are unaffected)
- The Soul Split healing hard and soft-cap have both been removed in Legacy combat mode, in an effort to bring 2H Soul Split Healing in Legacy in line with others.
Hurricane nerf. Needed. But berserks penalty still goes unnoticed and needs major attention.
Tendril nerf is justified.
New Stuns Good.
Diminish returns also good.
Asph/Destroy stunning 3.6 is something I don't like personally since they already have a high damage KO.
Good on protect prayers.
Good on prayer disables if it's still kept to Smash. Mage and Range do NOT deserve a pray drop effect as basics. (Maybe as a new const threshold).
5% is fine. Bit disappointed pies don't drain 3% though and brews should be <2%. I presume this means eating doesn't reset the global cooldown anymore which currently is abusable as fuck with Noxbowscape if anyone legitimately dangerous pvps still.
Did you see the thread in beta feedback about pray disabling? They were tossing around a bunch of ideas, one was a universal ability that drops prays and might be a threshold as well as some other stuff
