1/320 (1/288 with potion) at 120 Dungeoneering, and you can open something like 180 doors an hour. They also made it more common from hard mode recently, though I'm not sure how much that improves the chances by. Can also buy them for 500k tokens

It's really not too bad.. Was just a pain on release because it was RNG at the time (slightly less RNG now with being able to purchase them) and there was a lot of negativity around them.
If memory serves I got the first seven recipes in about 10 hours of Dungeoneering (which was spent cutting trees/fishing for harmony pillars, or killing everything for combat pillars)... 8 I got from Maw on a day I couldn't play much, and 9 I got from a Yak card the next day, when I also couldn't play much. My plan was to get them all from Dg while doing pillars, but I won't complain with how it worked out
