No sorry but there gp/xp in OSRS isn't that high and you can make bank at Zulrah.
Some methods I'd suggest for various skills include:
Smithing - Blast furnace w/ team $$$ profit
Cooking - sharks or karambwans
Firemaking - yews or maples
Crafting - bstaves or leathers (bstaves have 2k limit in OSRS)
Fletching - broad bolts? Or cut/string longs
Runecrafting - lavas at least till 91
Farming - calquat + papayas, grow herbs
Zulrah is probably still 2-3M gp/h so the cost of skills really don't amount to much. You could check OSRS general chat lounge and ask Kiara how she did herblore, she recently got 99 herb on her noob using GE.
