I don't know how it works in the us but I think it's safe to assume you must register all purchased guns, and you also need to be sane and all these or you can't have one under your name. Perhaps you also need to get a special license first to prove that you can own one, it's like that here. Hi

I've heard it's extremely easy to purchase guns, and they don't run any psych tests.
