New hub is due to arrive on Friday but I really don't think it's the router that is causing the problem. I'm pretty sure it's something else that either Openreach or Sky haven't bothered checking properly so tbh.. god knows when I'll be able to connect to it.
It's bad to know that there is an active connection with speeds being reported (tested by engineer) but the router won't establish any connection.
