The insane 'Final Boss' title can now be unlocked by having a total of 5,000 boss kills with at least 100 kills on each boss, including hard mode and by having all boss pets unlocked (includes Vitalis, Bombi, Barrows bobbleheads and TzRek-Jad).

Spec "only" hits 4-5k, with vamp aura/scrim (as well as soul split) you heal that back before the next spawn.

If you use debilitate at like 24~ seconds you should half the damage of his spec, too.

Granted he could be a troll and spec at 20 seconds exactly, or a second after debilitate runs out, but still!
