Terracotta is 175 as the standard voyage I think, once you hit the highest point for it, (275 is the highest possible)

Azure is 120/160/240/360/560 once you hit the cap.

You block out 2 adventurers that way, as they cannot spawn at your port @ reset.

That way you have a 6/10 chance (rather than 6/12) chance of getting adventurers with clues, or a 3/10 chance of getting a trio, rather than 3/12, etc.

Trust me, it helps, a lot.
