Because I tried using it at miths. Set it to fire its special every 0 attacks (I assume this is fire until run out of energy, yes?). Nothing fired and I'd have to manually activate its special move.

Tried the same thing every 1 attack, and it didn't work either. I don't know, my past experiences with titan have been bad.

Didn't work for me @ 0, but at 1 works like a beaut.
